Are modifications available?

Regression options will be available for every movement, and our coaching team will be in touch before the event to provide guidance or discuss any modifications required—including for injuries or accessibility needs.

Do I need to be at a certain fitness level to participate?

Not at all. The ENGINE workout is designed for all fitness levels. Each movement can be scaled or modified to suit your ability, and our coaching team will reach out ahead of the event to provide any necessary regressions.
