Financial wellbeing is enormously important - helping improve this for older (AND younger) employees can help retention and improve mental health relating to financial worries. This event will explore issues facing employers and HR managers and point you to further sources of support and advice.
The event will also be helpful for anyone wondering why they don’t save more for retirement even when they know they should!
The discussion will be followed by a networking drinks reception.

The one-hour seminar is aimed at increasing pension scheme engagement. Dr Lynne Robertson-Rose of the University of Edinburgh shares the latest behavioural research. She shows how employers influence employees’ retirement savings behaviour and she provides insight into how to alter behavioural biases or blocks relating to pensions. The session looks at questions such as:
