Sustainability: Sarasota County UF/IFAS Extension & Sustainability

Join us for this 1-hour workshop where you'll learn energy, water, and cost saving strategies at home ranging from no-cost solutions to those that require some investment like replacing an air conditioning system. We’ll also cover considerations in selecting contractors, do it yourself opportunities and possible incentives that might be available. Advance registration is required. Register early through <A HREF="http://ufsarasotaext.eventbrite.com" TARGET="_blank">Eventbrite.com</A> to reserve your spot and receive notice of any changes.
Attendees will receive a free Do It Yourself Energy Saving Kit (one per household) worth up to $30 that includes ENERGY STAR compact fluorescent light bulbs, WaterSense faucet aerators, a smart power strip, rope caulk and outlet insulating gaskets, and other items so you can start saving.
