This class is in a warm room (around 80 degrees) and utilizes good music, a lively-paced intermediate flow, and some core work to get your body moving and heart pumping. The intention here is to build strength and stamina, challenge your cardiovascular system, have fun moving through flow sequences that feel great in your body, and get a solid workout.
- This class is not primarily focused on alignment, and therefore, those newer to the practice are recommended to take an “all levels” or “basics” class first to develop body awareness.

ABOUT YOUR GUIDE: Erika Corcoran
Erika, 200 hour YTT, immersed herself in a yoga practice during times of struggle looking for hope. It quickly became a new way of living with more peace and harmony. Becoming aware of the mind-body connection, moving with intention and using the power of breath, I shifted how I felt mentally, physically, and spiritually. Showing up on our mats is an opportunity to meet ourselves where we are in the present moment and become more attuned with our needs and desires beyond the physical practice. With that, my hopes are for my students to feel embodied, empowered, and energized - to live a true yogic lifestyle on and off the mat.
