Energetic Shielding

Wildlight Yoga is an adventure-inspired studio on Chicago’s northwest side where seekers and finders from the world over are welcomed to explore the practice of yoga as a lifestyle and journey. We honor the experience, stories, identities, and needs of all of our students and welcome any one at any point in that journey to practice with us.

Wildlight Yoga

This 90 minute workshop focuses on the participants development of energetic shielding, the process of safeguarding the individual from external negative energy with the goal of preventing attachment of what is not yours to carry. Throughout the workshop, Yoga Teacher and Reiki Master, Cassie Zehren will guide students through routine techniques that involving grounding, centering and shielding. Students will engage in practicing this skill and the workshop will be sealed with a guided meditation with Reiki.
No experience necessary. Mats and props will be provided at Wildlight Yoga, 4140 N. Milwaukee Ave. Admission is $25. Pre-registration required. Members receive 10% off. No refunds or credits.
