WE DID IT! THAT'S A WRAP! WHAT'S NEXT?

A CELEBRATION!

BRING YOUR SMILES and celebrate the end of a fantastic school year with us at our End of Year Celebration event! Join us for an afternoon of fun, games, and surprises as we come together to commemorate the successes and memories of the school year.

There will be exciting activities for kids of all ages, including face painting, bounce houses, basketball, volleyball, Esports, chess, 9 square, cupstacking races, an obstacle course, Extreme Animals, bubble station, an art station, karaoke, sensory friendly options, a sensory room, library maker mobile, and other family friendly games to name a few. We invite you to and enjoy this fun atmosphere while mingling with fellow students, teachers, and staff as we wrap up the school year.

Food trucks like The New York Dog House, Some Like it Tot, Kona Ice and Coffee will be on site for families to purchase food or drink items. Food trucks are not a part of the free portion of the event.

Don't miss out on this special opportunity to celebrate together and create lasting memories. Mark your calendars to join us at our End of Year Celebration 4:00pm-7:00pm on May 21. It's going to be EPIC!

REGISTRATION PROCESS: Be sure to complete the entire registration process which will include filling out all requested information for each ticket. You will see a blue "View Tickets" at the end of the registration process. Thank you!

CHECK-IN PROCEDURE: Upon arrival, please check in with an Epic staff member who will be located just inside the front entrance of the church.

COST:

• This is a free event with the exception of the food trucks that will have items for purchase.

ITINERARY:

• 4:00 Check in with an Epic Staff member. You will not need to show your tickets from Eventbrite; we can look up your registration using your name. Be sure each person in your family who plans to attend has a ticket registered in THEIR name.

• 4:00-7:00 Enjoy Family Fun Activities.

POLICIES: You will register for a ticket using Eventbrite which will hold your spot for the event as a reservation. Parents, please register yourself and each of your Epic students who will be participating. This enables the school and the location to staff and plan appropriately. We do have a maximum capacity. Therefore, we ask that when registering, you include each member of your family that is planning to attend.

Students cannot be dropped off to attend without a parent or guardian. You will need your student’s Epic ID number and teacher’s name when signing up for the event in Eventbrite.

Sensory Bags: Sensory bags will be available to check out for use at this event. Upon arrival, see any Epic Family Engagement team member to check a bag out, and return all sensory bags to a team member before leaving the event. There is a limited supply of these bags.

We will also have a sensory room for students and parents that may need to take a break during the event.

MEDIA POLICY: This is a public event, and photographs and/or video may be taken during the activities. If you would prefer that your student not be photographed or videoed, please let our Epic staff know during check-in.

CANCELLATIONS: As a reminder, if you sign up to come but are unable to make it, please cancel your reservation using your Eventbrite confirmation email. This will open up spots for other families.

Inclement Weather Plan: If we have inclement weather, we will send out communication by email through Eventbrite to let you know if the event has been canceled.
