Encaustic Floral Workshop
Create an encaustic floral triptych in this immersive 1-day encaustic workshop!
This immersive one-day encaustic painting workshop introduces participants to creating a cohesive encaustic floral triptych using botanical imagery, encaustics and mixed media techniques. Botanical imprints, and plant material used as a masking stencil will also be explored.
Participants will work on three 6” x 6” wooden panels, temporarily taped together and treated as a single composition during the painting process. Once completed, works may be displayed as a triptych or as individual paintings. Minimum age 14 years. All materials provided with materials fee.
