Dr. Shalom Sokolow is an attending physician in the emergency department and the EMS physician liaison at Phelps Hospital in Sleepy Hollow, NY. He worked as an EMT and paramedic in the New York City 911 system for seven years prior to graduating from Yale University School of Medicine. He then completed emergency medicine residency at Mount Sinai St. Luke’s and West hospitals in New York City followed by a fellowship in EMS with the Fire Department of New York and Northwell Health. He holds board certification in both emergency medicine and EMS.
