Gokhale Method

Join Esther Gokhale (posture expert and creator of the Gokhale Method) and Christiane Northrup, M.D. (ob/gyn physician; leading authority in the field of women’s health and wellness) for a Fireside Chat. The pair will discuss freeing up your energy and attention by getting rid of aches and pains; avoiding gynecological challenges related to poor posture (prolapsed organs, pelvic floor dysfunction, etc); and coming into your own power.
Light refreshments will be provided, and childcare will be available (provided by Blossom Birth).

What are my parking options at the event?
There are a lot of street parking spaces in the surrounding blocks. There is also a medium-sized lot behind the venue (457 Hamilton Ave), as well as a garage (Webster/Cowper Garage) about a block away. Parking in most spaces nearby is free with no time limit on weekends.
 
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
No. We can check you in with your digital ticket.
 
Should I reserve a ticket for my child?
If you plan to utilize our childcare services for the entirety of the event, please reserve a "child ticket" for each child. However, if your child will be seated in the main auditorium room, please reserve a "general admission" ticket for your child -- we want to ensure everyone gets a chair!

Sorry, ticket sales have ended for our event. However, there will be a limited number of first-come, first-served seats available at the venue for on-the-spot registrants on Saturday morning. Check-in will begin at 930am. Email events@gokhalemethod.com if you have any questions.
