Empowerment Explosion - A 4 session series for girls age 8-12

This workshop series focuses on empowering girls by helping them to develop skills to cultivate a positive mindset and inner peace, nurture self-expression, self-discovery and emotional wellbeing, while building a solid foundation of self-esteem, self-trust and confidence. The girls will learn how powerful they truly are!

This program provides a safe and supportive space for girls to connect and engage in circle time discussions, reflective exercises, open dialogue, thought-provoking crafts and other fun activities.

These workshops encourage girls to explore their thoughts, emotions and aspirations to help them develop a deeper understanding of themselves and their dreams.

1.Girls Self-Love Bash: May 5, 2024

This workshop will teach all about the importance of self-love. We will focus on how to practice self-love and how to embrace your unique qualities. The girls will learn to build a positive self-image, and develop a strong sense of self-worth. They will discover strategies to overcome self-doubt and cultivate self-compassion.

2.Gratitude Gang: May 19, 2024

This workshop is all about the importance of gratitude and kindness. The focus will be on showing girls how everything they say and do has a ripple effect within themselves and the world around them. They will walk away with the understanding that they have to power within themselves to create positivity and kindness for themselves and others around them.

3.Real Deal Girls: June 2, 2024

This workshop encourages girls to embrace their authentic selves, to embrace their own sense of style and unique qualities, celebrating their individuality and to empower the girls to recognize and trust their own inner voice to cultivate self-confidence.

4.True friends tribe: June 9, 2024

This skill building workshop is about the importance of true friendships. The focus will be on the qualities and characteristics of good friends who uplift them and who are uplifted by them and the importance of good communication, friendship boundaries and how to navigate friendships.
