Meet our speakers:

Yrthya Dinzey-Flores, Senior Vice President of DEI at Warner Music Group, is a global leader known for breaking new ground. With a track record of success, Yrthya is a decisive executive with a long-range vision and creative ideas. She has effectively aligned DEI and social impact initiatives with product and market growth opportunities. Yrthya brings diverse industry experience, having worked with blue-chip international companies, tech startups, government, and philanthropy.


Jenny Kim Park, Chief Diversity & Inclusion Officer at Bank of America. She serves as the chief strategist for D&I focused programs, initiatives and policies that help drive Responsible Growth for the company. Jenny leads a team who supports enterprise-wide diversity initiatives, diversity conferences, strategic partner management and sponsorships, diversity awards and recognition, inclusion learning, diversity metrics and data reporting.


Cecilia Nelson-Hurt, the Chief Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Officer at Heidrick & Struggles. She is responsible for leading the firm’s global diversity strategies and plays an integral role in shaping the organization’s culture, engagement and talent management initiatives related to diversity, equity and inclusion.


Our Moderator:

Nathan Stein is an Executive Director with Morgan Stanley and currently serves as the Head of Global Talent Communications and Change Management.

Nathan focuses on helping Morgan Stanley build a diverse workforce that not only reflects the markets and communities that Morgan Stanley serves, but also one that is aligned with the Firm’s core values of putting clients first and doing first class business in a first class way.

He is actively involved in the Firm's Pride & Ally LGBT+ Employee Netwrk. He helps shape programming and policy initiatives that drive engagement between LGBT+ employees, ally's and clients globally.

Nathan began his career with Morgan Stanley in 2009. Prior to his current role, he has held various leadership positions in Diversity & Inclusion and Marketing. He is based in New York City and is a passionate world traveler.
