Ladies, join us at 8:30AM on Valentine’s Day for intentional steps, fresh air, and girl talk around <a href="" title="" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Mountains Edge Regional Park</a> in Las Vegas,NV!(2 miles - easy, social pace) This is your chance to connect with amazing women here in Vegas, make new friends, and move your body in a supportive, fun environment! Kids and pups are welcome, so bring your little valentines too! This calls for color coordinating! Wear your favorite red, pink, white, or purple fits! Everyone will be walking away with a sweet treat from 1st Phorm! (aka, the best protein bars!) Skip the pressure, the overthinking, and the “what are we doing?” texts and spend Valentine’s morning pouring into YOU instead! This is your reminder that love isn’t just romantic:it’s friendshipit’s communityit’s moving your bodyit’s choosing yourself Look forward to seeing you ladies there!
