You’ll also leave with your own journal, so this doesn’t end when the evening does.
Sound Bath Experience with Jen Loves Zen
A deeply restorative experience designed to calm your nervous system and bring your body back into balance.
This is where the shift happens—where your mind softens, and your body finally exhales.
Intentional Connection
You’ll be surrounded by women who get it—no explaining, no pretending.
Just real conversations, shared experiences, and a sense of not being alone in this transition.
