Empowered Relief: Train Your Brain Away From Pain® is a single-session (2-hour) evidence-based intervention that rapidly equips attendees with effective pain relief skills. Empowered Relief was developed by Beth Darnall in 2013 at the Stanford University School of Medicine. Join Empowered Relief if you want to reduce your pain, manage it better when it comes, and feel like you are in the driver’s seat of your experience of pain.

In this class you will learn:

  • How pain is processed in the brain and how best to manage it
  • Simple skills that you can use every day
  • How to create your personalized plan for long-term relief
