Empower Your Essence Workshop

Led by GOSPEL's Head of Performance - actress and filmmaker Evgeniya Radilova - and Raquel Rivelo - Feminine Embodiment and Breathwork Coach - this event invites you to explore eclectic practices from theater play and games to singing meditation, deep breathwork, reflective journaling, Eros movement expressions, and other empowering activities.

The Journey: Come prepared to dream and connect! Bring a meaningful object to charge on our communal altar, as well as a journal for reflective exercises. Dress comfortably in attire that allows for freedom of movement, and if possible, bring a yoga mat.

Circle Activation: We'll open the new moon circle with the intention of embarking on a profound inward journey, welcoming the sacred and listening to our soul's calling.

Archetype Exercise: Unapologetically express your authentic self, master presence, and delve into deep emotions. Through active storytelling and primal movement, we'll release our physical creative expression of the archetype. Discover your strengths and uniqueness, face challenges fearlessly, and trust your instincts and intuition.

Singing Meditation: Singing embodies self-compassion, inducing relaxation and alleviating tension by synchronizing body, speech, mind, and breath. As your voice resonates within, it affirms your presence, grounding you in the present moment.

Theatrical Play: Acting practices, beneficial for everyone, serve as a pathway to nurturing the creative mind and body. They facilitate the freedom to explore emotions deeply, encouraging bold leadership in one's life experience. These practices not only foster self-discovery but also promote a deeper connection to the world around us. Embrace the new, finding beauty in each moment, and forge honest connections within the collective.

Breathwork - Have you ever experienced the magic of Breathwork? Breathwork is not just another practice to find calm, amidst the chaos, it is a powerful tool for liberating the mind, releasing stuck energy and emotions, and igniting profound change within. Here, you'll embark on a guided journey led by our expert facilitator, Raquel Rivelo. She will guide you through a dynamic three-part breath sequence and a blissful passive resting phase where you'll discover a new dimension of clarity and rejuvenation.

Reflective Journaling- Reflective journaling is a process of self-exploration and personal growth through writing. Following the breathwork journey it is common to feel more intuitive and insightful, making it a beautiful time to put pen to paper! Here you will be guided through various journaling prompts/ exercises to promote deeper self-awareness and overall emotional resilience.

Eros Movement: Dynamic form of guided ecstatic dance, igniting a journey of self-discovery through uninhibited expression. Participants delve into their physicality and sensuality in a supportive environment, embracing fluid movements and rhythmic exploration. It’s a liberating practice that empowers people to connect with their inner desires, release inhibitions, and cultivate a deeper understanding of themselves, both physically and emotionally.

Closing Circle with The Child Within meditation: We will dive deep into the wonders of embracing our inner child with courage and happiness

Evgeniya Radilova - Actress, Filmmaker, Educator

“ My biggest goal is to empower people to express their truth not only on stage but also in life!”

Evgeniya Radilova is a passionate storyteller, actress, filmmaker, and educator driven by her belief in the transformative power of art. She co-founded the iDare Acting Studio, where she shares her craft across borders, teaching acting in the USA, China, and Europe. For over 8 years, she's also mentored at-risk students in filmmaking through Mythie Bridge, seeing firsthand the healing potential of creativity.

In both TV and theater, Evgeniya has shared her talent with audiences, appearing in shows like Law and Order: SVU and alongside Ellen Burstyn at the Actors Studio. Her work extends behind the scenes too, with her co-founded iDareProductions producing compelling content.

Recognized for her craft, Evgeniya received Best Actress at the Chelsea Film Festival 2022 for her role in "Lost Cos" and has been acknowledged by "The Spotlight" as one of the best filmmakers in 2019 and 2020. Her latest project, "Lost Cos," which she co-produced, cast, and starred in, has received over 50 awards at film festivals worldwide.

Outside of film, Evgeniya's creativity shines as she served as associate producer for the music video "ToyLand" by Ray Angry and The Roots in 2021. With humility and dedication, Evgeniya Radilova continues to inspire others to find their voices and share their truths through the arts.

Raquel Rivelo - Feminine Embodiment and Breathwork Coach

“I have a deep desire for each and every woman to remember how truly powerful she is and know that her greatest strength lies in her ability to feel.”

Raquel Rivelo is on a mission to help women get out of their heads and into their bodies' inherent wisdom to connect deeper to the core of who they are. After years of struggling with various health-related issues from Lyme’s Disease to Chronic Stress, Anxiety, and Fatigue as well as a complete disconnection from her body and emotional world, she went on a journey to heal and look within. Through her journey, Raquel immersed herself into the world of holistic health and healing practices as a trained Holistic Health Coach, David Elliot Breathwork Facilitator and advanced Pranayama Guide, 200 Hour Hatha & Yin Yoga Teacher, Organizational Mindfulness and meditation Instructor, and Reiki Master.

Raquel loves to empower women with somatic/body-based tools to come home to their true nature and lead a life on purpose and connected to their unique feminine essence.

JIN SO - Singer/ Musician

Korea-born singer Jin, Berklee College of Music graduate, performs globally at venues like Carnegie Hall, Harvard University, and Club Passim, blending diverse influences into her music. Genres span jazz, Korean folk fusion, pop, R&B, and more. Her career is fueled by boundless spiritual richness.
