Self-Monitoring (June 15, 2028) - The absence of accountability to an external monitor often leads to non-completion of tasks and loss of interest. Session 12 focuses on self-monitoring, which helps ensure continuity, consistence, and completion of tasks.
The quarterly meetings are designed so participants have time to deepen their knowledge and strengthen their skills between sessions, if desired.
