Year Two, Let's go baby! Get ready for an exhilarating experience at the Empower Taco Triathlon, presented by Empower Cycle.
This unique event will test your physical endurance with a challenging combination of a short run with calisthenics stations, 45-minute cycle class, 45 minutes of yoga, and devouring an entire taco or two. Can you handle it? Find out on Sunday, May 5! All participants will receive a goody bag filled with a commemorative t-shirt or tank top, specialty swag, and, of course, bragging rights.The event will be split into 2 waves: the Blue wave and Red wave at 8 am. Each wave will have a different order of events, but all will include a short scenic jog through Bonita Springs 45-minute cycle class, 45 minutes of yoga, and a taco feast at the end. There will be 15 minutes in between each class. Tacos will be served by the studio , and drink stations will be available before, during, and after the event. Don't forget to snap a photo at our photo booth and share it on Instagram or Facebook!
The event will be split into four waves:
8 am Yellow wave will Run first, cycle second, yoga third, taco last.
8 am Red wave will Run first ,yoga second, cycle third, taco last.
