Employee Engagement Unlocked: Practical Strategies for Success

Join us for a two-hour lunch-and-learn where we’ll explore the powerful trifecta of engagement: fostering connection through clear communication, empowering employees with greater autonomy, and leveraging the transformative power of meaningful feedback.

During this interactive lunch-n-learn, you'll learn:

  • Actionable strategies to inspire and energize your workforce.
  • How these strategies can enhance employee satisfaction, boost productivity and profitability, and reduce turnover and absenteeism.
  • The biggest mistakes employers make—and what to do instead to avoid these common pitfalls and achieve engagement excellence.

The strategies presented during this session will help manufacturers improve employee engagement despite challenges like limited career growth opportunities, communication barriers, and lack of financial resources for recognition programs.

Event includes lunch, networking, presentation, and Q&A.
