About this event

  • 4 hours 30 minutes

Let’s go for a bike ride and enjoy the fantastic Empire State Trail together!

We’ll meet at 11:30am in the parking lot for the Kinderhook/Valatie Trailhead. From there, we’ll get on the Empire State Trail and bike up to Nassau. We’ll stop at Tacos Diablo for a delicious lunch and then bike back on the trail to Valatie. Once we’ve made it to Valatie, let’s celebrate the ride with some local craft beers at Reifenberg Brewery.

All types of bikes and cycling levels are welcome to join! The ride is almost entirely on the trail and free of cars/ traffic. It’s 18 miles roundtrip with an elevation gain of only 300ft. It should take about 2ish hours to bike the whole thing. (Plus added time for lunch in the middle and beers after)

The starting point/ parking lot is:
1007 Kinderhook St., Valatie, NY 12184
(It’s across the street from Bagel Tyme)
