T﻿he workshops explore concepts about our inner emotional landscape to aid understanding and empowerment. The sessions offer insights, practical tools and energy techniques to help unlock the wisdom of our heavy feelings and their close links to thoughts and perceptions.With compassion, self-love and personal accountability we can allow the heavy and dense emotions to come up and we can unravel the insights they bring us. Each time a heavy emotion within is brought to our own divine light with love and compassion we align ourselves with our personal truth and wholeness.Unravelling these heavy dense aspects of us helps us to harness the power of our emotional world opening us up to our intuition and spiritual gifts. It is the foundation of enlightenment.The format will be a 1hour workshop where questions via the chat box will be reviewed regularly during the talk and there will be time at the end for questions, answers and further discussion.Social media pages are @aligningwiththeheart on You Tube, Instagram &amp; Facebook.
