Does your child experience anxiety or low mood and that this affects their attendance at school? About 1 in 10 children feel distressed or anxious about attending school. This can affect their attendance and enjoyment of education and social activities.

Parents who sign up will be provided with a pre-workshop video to watch. The video will explain common feelings that children have about school that is underneath the avoiding behaviours.
Our 2 hour in-person workshop will build on the video learning, to explore tools for overcoming fears and worries about school. Together, we will create an action plan to support you in helping your child feel confident about going to school.
