Life is full of emotionally challenging moments. And our current times does not make it any easier. Add in the stress, distraction and disconnection that comes from our modern way of living and we find ourselves simply in unhappy, unpleasant emotional states of mind often. We ruminate, we stew, we wallow in sadness or get consumed by anger… don’t worry its not just you… its all of us.
Q: So how do we break the cycle of emotional stuckness?

In our 2+hour workshop together, you will learn the tools, teachings, ancient rituals and proven methods to clear the emotional energy and become more resilient emotionally during difficult times or even just difficult moments or conversations. As a group, we will experience this work in real time by moving our bodies, letting our voices be heard and tapping into the deeper emotions and energy that needs to move. This workshop is great for anyone interested in the topic energy work or having the life of events of:

Aaron is a father, community leader and an emerging elder who offers his own diverse life experience of pain and success to guide, emotionally support and mentor all feeling the pain and emotional aloneness of modern life.
He is a master mens work facilitator, trained and certified as an Emotional Resilience Coach, Cuddle and Touch therapy practitioner,, Circle Space Holder, Mindfulness Teacher and Somatic Connection Practitioner (Somatic Experiencing meets Touch therapy), Cuddlist and Advanced Trauma trained (ATTCH).

Alex has been working in the grief and trauma realm for the past two decades. Beginning with her own journey through the jungle of working with her own trauma, she knew she needed to share the skills she had learned along the way to help her fellow humans, especially women, heal from the trauma and the grief that deeply affect so many. She is a certified EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) and Matrix Reimprinting practitioner as well as a certified Youth, Parent and Family Coach. She has facilitated numerous personal empowerment and grief workshops grief work influenced by the work of Francis Weller. Emotional Freedom Techniques is a technique that stimulates acupressure points by pressuring, tapping or rubbing while focusing on situations that represent personal fear or trauma.
