This is an interactive workshop, where we will be doing group and individual exercise to apply in real time what we are learning.

The purpose of the event is to help individuals to become fluent in understanding the language of emotions. Participants can expect two hours of education and exercise to understand emotions and how to interact with themself, friends, at school, and at work. Emotional intelligence also enables us to relieve stress, empathize with others, communicate effectively, manage conflict, and overcome problems.In this workshop you will learn: - The 5 pillars of Emotional Intelligence: Self-awareness. Self-regulation. Empathy. Motivation. Social skill-Learn the ability to recognize, understand, and manage your emotions and the emotions of others effectively.- To Grow in empathy and the ability to connect with others. - Understand the connection between how we think, feel, and behave to increase our self-awareness. On her Podcast Pensando Positivo, she educates and shares holistics techniques to work on your self development.
