These pillars help us process our emotions, manage our triggers, develop healthy habits, and succeed in our career path. Additionally, we will explore how mindfulness is the beauty of being emotionally intelligent, as it enhances our ability to be aware of and regulate our emotions, ultimately leading to greater personal and professional success.
