Honing communication & connection skills together
Drop-in sessions on April 30 • May 14 • Mai 28 (no prior experience needed)
Most of us never learned how to truly listen, stay present under pressure, or share what's really going on inside. We default to autopilot conversations, perform instead of connect, and miss what's actually alive between us.
Emotional Intelligence Lab is where we practice something different.
What we do:
We begin with Authentic Relating exercises, which are structured games designed to help you drop out of your head and into genuine connection. These are playful, accessible formats that build the muscles of presence and honesty.
Then we move into Circling, a relational mindfulness practice where we slow down and explore what's happening between us in the moment. We share what we notice, what we feel, what draws our attention. There's no agenda to fix or solve – just curiosity about the aliveness of real-time connection.
What you'll practice:
- Deep listening (actually hearing, not just waiting to talk)
- Attuning to yourself and others in real-time
- Sharing authentically without performing or people-pleasing
- Staying present when things feel vulnerable or uncertain
- Noticing patterns in how you relate
What this is (and isn't):
This is communication and relational practice, meaning all verbal, no physical contact. It's not therapy, coaching, or a lecture. It's a space to experiment, mess up, and build emotional awareness in real connection with others.
Who this is for:
Anyone curious about deepening their emotional intelligence and relational skills. No experience needed, just bring yourself and some curiosity.
