Offer yourself time and space to honor, court, revere, and support the woman you are stepping into. Each breath, each step, each leap is for you to create. Where will you head? What will you forgive? What will you embrace? What are you willing to live?Together in a circle of women we will welcome in a new beginning with intention and be guided by movement, breath, spirit, into a sacred container to support the emerging in each of us. Be ready to move, breathe, and be.The mini-immersion will include a yoga session to support deep listening to the wisdom well of your body's movements, sensations, and divine nature. The movements will help you connect to your tissues, to your mind, to your heart. After the movement, we will shift into a Breath Journey, moving into a conscious continuous breath to support access to a deeper levels of consciousness, release stored emotion, and settle our nervous system into rest, digest, and release. These practices combined can offer big shifts, releases, and inspirations. To support what is emerging in you, we will open with a heart-centered cacao circle and close our time steeped in connection and creation with others to integrate. An optional beach cold plunge will complete our time together.Join us post offering for an optional field trip to local ocean beach for invigorating cold plunge.
