Caitlyn Howe is a writer, personal transformation guide, and founding coach of the Fit For Service program, specializing in the facilitation of ecstatic dance, breathwork, and meditation.

Through a dynamic personal journey in various modalities of self-healing, devoted mentorship to numerous wisdom paths, and over a decade of work with plant medicine, her areas of focus include ritual arts, playful shadow work, and divine feminine activation.

She is passionate about supporting others in radical self-expression, overcoming shame, and reclaiming a sense of individual wholeness for greater collective harmony.
