Day 1 - Leadership Development: Every leader has a "Hero Arc" ... A moment where their mission, vision, and purpose comes together to define who they are as a coach, mentor and/or leader. Sometimes when you are still finding yourself amongst peers who are doing the same, misalignment, miscommunication, and misunderstandings form. This remote learning day is designed to motivate and/or re-energies staff and develop emerging leaders.

Day 2 - Strategic Planning: Driving strategy is at the core of every effective, strategic, and data informed operations team. Empower your team to think critically, on their feet, and intentionally when large scale projects and/or events start knocking on the door. We are able to provide the necessary tools for all teams to start the planning work that leads to incredible results!

Focus: Change Management | Staff & Student Recruitment & Retention Strategy | Staff Experience & Engagement

Day 3 - Project Management & Execution: Now that you have become aligned with your organization's mission and have had the time to think critically about your big buckets this year, it is time to put action to paper and hands to work. This last day of development is geared to owning your role to its full potential and executing to achieve impactful results.
