Emerge is a three-hour pop-up art studio experience designed for the woman who is ready to move out of the old, into the new. No art experience necessary. Only willingness.In this gentle, contemplative space, you'll be guided through a creative art process rooted in the science of neuroplasticity — how the brain literally rewires itself through new, embodied experiences. Art is one of the most powerful ways to make that shift.This isn't about what you make. It's about what happens to you in the making — and who you become on the other side. And what you create? It's entirely your own — a one-of-a-kind piece you'll treasure long after you leave this room. All supplies included. Follow-up materials provided. Limited seating.
