Ken O'Donnell is an Australian-born consultant, author, and trainer based in Brazil since 1979. He has worked with major companies across five continents and is a frequent speaker at international events. Ken founded the Self-Management and Quality of Life program, implemented in 29 countries, and is a co-founder of Oxford Leadership Global.
He has authored 19 books on leadership and personal development, translated into nine languages, and received the 2009 'Personality of the Year' Award from the Brazilian Association of Training and Development. Ken also serves as the Latin America coordinator for the Brahma Kumaris, promoting human values across society.
