Specializing in body image healing, disordered eating and eating disorders, Dana uses yoga, movement, mindfulness, and Body Trust® Wellness to help her clients feel at home again in thier bodies, experience pleasure and joy guilt-free, and live rooted firmly in a deep sense of self and worthiness.
