Whether you're an experienced dancer or still finding your rhythm, this is your invitation to feel, not just move—to dance as an extension of your sensual, soulful self.

Rooted in Griselda’s signature workshop, The Art of Self Seduction, this class is designed for our dance community, sharing the four principles of intimacy—ways to reconnect, nurture, and deepen your relationship with yourself on every level, no matter the season of life you are in.

Through guided exercises, breathwork, and intentional movement, you will:

WHAT TO BRING: Come as you are. Bring a yoga mat, journal, a soft throw blanket, and a blindfold (or scarf)—dress comfortable and in layers and prepare to meet yourself in a way you never have before. Participants are welcomed to peel as many layers through the process as they are comfortable with.
