Our Embodied Wellness Circle each month will focus on a different aspect of the body and how it communicates its needs. Coming into dialogue with our bodies helps us understand the hidden lore within. These gatherings move through the body one system at a time, blending thoughtful teaching, intuitive movement, embodiment practices, and working with herbal allies.

Attend the full journey, or choose the systems that resonate with your own healing or educational path.

Who is this for:

𖦹 Folks that are interested in learning more about natural healing & herbalism

𖦹 Folks that are interested in empowering their own health and wellness

𖦹 Folks that are interested in deepening their connection to their bodies

Embodied means lived, felt, and experienced in the body rather than just understood in the mind. When something is embodied, it is integrated through sensation, movement, breath, emotion, and awareness. Knowledge is not only learned intellectually, it is practiced, sensed, and absorbed through the nervous system and tissues over time.

In a healing context, embodied work invites the body to participate in the process. It honors the body as an active source of wisdom, memory, and healing rather than a passive object to be fixed.

*This circle encompasses both education and embodied practices woven into each gathering. This is a learning space as much as it is a place to soften, integrate, and connect.
