Hi, I'm Rachel Wilson (she/her). I help highly sensitive individuals reclaim their energy and reconnect with their intuitive wisdom to use their sensitivity for positive change. I believe that systems change people, and people change systems. I work with people to resource themselves and honor their needs so they can buffer against the impacts of an unjust world while freeing up energy to create a culture of connection and care.

A monthly somatic workshop for highly sensitive people to practice embodiment in community

In the era of Trump 2.0, highly sensitive people are in a unique position to feel the depth of the reality we are facing while also having the natural resources we need to fight back against hate, fascism, and the dehumanization we are up against. If you are a highly sensitive person, this time may be particularly distressing and overwhelming due to the amount of suffering we are witnessing. You are not alone in that experience and we need each other more now than ever. It can be difficult to trust your inner wisdom and intuitive understanding, which come from your sensitivity in a world of narcissism and dismissal of truth. It is easy to question what your experience tells you in the face of “false news” and the depth of denial about what we are facing as a society. Your sensitivity is just what the world needs because the lack of care, connection, and feeling is what got us here in the first place. It is essential you have the tools and support you need to stay connected to yourself as we face an uncertain future.  That is why I have created this monthly workshop: so we can come together as highly sensitive people to nourish and uplift each other and better equip ourselves to deal with the realities of this time. In this workshop, you will:<ul><li>Learn somatic practices that help you build stress resilience so that you can be better prepared to address the harmful effects of this administration</li><li>Practice embodied awareness in a supportive community so you can build more trust in your inner wisdom </li><li>Connect with others to share your experiences and resources so that we can keep our communities safe and cared for</li></ul> About Your Facilitator:Hi, I'm Rachel Wilson (she/her). I help highly sensitive people reclaim their energy and reconnect with their intuitive wisdom, using their sensitivity as a force for positive change I believe systems change people, and people change systems. My work focuses on helping individuals resource themselves and honor their needs, buffering against the impacts of an unjust world while fostering a culture of connection and care.
