Impact Earth Month is back for a 3rd year! This year we even more events and classes to choose from including virtual classes for beginners and intermediates, compost return, booking reading, a seed and plant swap, and much more!

This trauma sensitive class is an hour long of supportive and calming somatic movement and yoga for your nervous system. Erin co-creates spaces with individuals where they may feel they have a body; a body that is absolutely worthy and deserving of respect, care and love, exactly as it is, right now. Her classes are an invitation to express, to play, to simply be and to rest. Through exploration, interoception, and an invitation towards self-agency through the power of choice, it is Erin’s intent that we each can begin to explore what it would be like to feel a bit safer, integrated, and as though we have arrived home. She offers a space to lovingly return to the root of ourselves.
