Frequently asked questions

1. Do I need to have yoga experience to attend?

Not at all. The vinyasa flow is beginner-friendly and adaptable for all levels. This isn’t about “perfect poses”—it’s about feeling into your body and moving in a way that supports you.

2. What should I bring?

Bring a yoga mat (or rent one on site), a journal you love, and anything else that makes you feel comfortable—water, a cozy sweater, etc.

3. What if I don’t feel comfortable sharing in the women’s circle?

That’s completely okay. Sharing is always optional. You’ll never be pressured to speak, and we welcome your presence exactly as you are.

5. Is this a therapy session?

While therapeutic tools will be used, this is not a therapy session. It’s a guided experience that blends coaching, embodiment, and mindfulness practices in a group setting.

6. I’m pregnant or healing from injury—can I still attend?

Yes, just let us know in advance so we can offer modifications and support your experience safely. Always honor your body’s needs and move at your own pace.

7. What’s the cancellation policy?

We have a no-refund policy for this workshop, as space is limited and preparation goes into each spot. That said, we understand that life happens—if an emergency comes up, just reach out and we’ll gladly offer you credit toward a future event.
