Come join us for a vibey evening of Embodied Expression Through Dance - a gentle yet energizing exploration of movement, sensation, and self-connection.January 30, 2026 | 7:00 PM ET Peaceful YogaThis experience is an invitation to slow down, tune in, and deepen our relationships with our bodies and nervous systems while we move.Together we’ll orient to both the space within us and the space we exist within, allowing movement to arise naturally from our inner resources.Rather than learning choreography, we’ll explore guided movement exercises inspired by:<ul><li>Polarity Therapy</li><li>Dance Movement Therapy (DMT)</li><li>Improvisational Acting &amp; Dance</li><li>Somatic Exploration</li></ul>As the evening unfolds, the structure will soften into a more free-flowing dance space.No dance experience is needed. Just bring your beautiful self and comfy dancing clothes. You will be asked to please remove your shoes at the door.See you there!💫
