Through years of practice, study, and working with others, we've found individuals connect to that most authentic Self in various ways; it's not a "one size fits all", and it's often more about the journey than the destination.As we join with our Explorers, it is our goal to create a safe and nurturing environment for them to explore their inner Selves through an approach that encompasses holistically mind, body, and spirit.Various movement and healing modalities are available, depending on individuals' goals, experiences, and needs. Working together, we will facilitate space for connection to body, beginning to process stuck energies so we may find space within where creativity can flow more freely. You're welcome to bring your own bagged lunch and/or snack if you think you'll need more fuel throughout the retreat (there are also great grab 'n go spots downtown if you prefer to grab a snack during our short break!). As we will be processing, sharing, and moving a lot, it is important to nourish the body, so be sure to also bring plenty of water!Although there will be opportunity throughout the retreat to create by putting pen, marker, colored pencil (etc.) to paper, whatever you create; be it poetry, artwork, or whatever else comes up, you do not need to share your work (and you're welcome to share, if you'd like).*rough schedule
