In this series of 4 One-Day Retreats, we will focus on deepening into your personal astrology through one of the four elements and the associated personal planet in how it interacts with you!

• Water bottle

• Pillow/cushion to sit on

• Anything you'd like to be comfortable for the sound bath: Eg. an extra layer/socks/blanket/bolster for under knees, if desired
