If you&#x27;ve been craving a deeper connection to your body&#x27;s inherent wisdom, this two-part, in-person workshop series is for you. In the first class, we will begin with journaling, conversation and mindfulness. In the second workshop, we will explore gently guided intuitive movement (no dance experience necessary at all).The combination of workshops is meant to hold space for the hesitation that can arise when we lean into our body&#x27;s signals, which ultimately hinders us from moving with confidence and joy. There are plenty of reasons we create dissonance between our mind, body and spirit, but what if we could let go? What if we let our body&#x27;s wisdom lead? She believes in the power of tender, loving self care and has been a student of psychology, spirituality and the mind-body connection for many years. While she is pursuing her Master&#x27;s in Social Work to become a licensed therapist, she has also opened her own coaching business wherein she works with individuals and couples.
