ELIXIR

Asheville Cocktail Week returns for another year. This truly community wide event offers something for everyone. With a full calendar of spirit dinners, educational crawls, cocktail parties and meet and greets with the talent that travels from all over to come celebrate Asheville as a cocktail mecca. Here is your chance to support your favorite bartenders and bars or trying something new on for size. We know we have the perfect fit for you.

Asheville Cocktail Week

ELIXIR is the event that started it all, and it is one not to be missed! Formerly a part of the Asheville Wine and Food Festival, but now the signature event of Asheville Cocktail Week. In its fifth year, ELIXIR promises to bring yet another exciting evening of collaboration between mixologists and spirit specialists. Open to the public, this event provides tastings, food and a fun environment for the public to get in front of mixologists and spirit specialists while they demo and provide sample drinks in a structured, competition-style forum. Nothing is out of bounds or off limits. We ask that all participating bartenders collaborate with one of the participating distilleries. The bartender + distillery pair will share a table during the event and create a cocktail together. We would like for you to reach out to a local bartender of your choosing to pair with. If you need assistance, please let us know.
