This class will provide you the certificate that is required for you to close on one of 18 Down Payment Assistance programs offered through the Washington State Housing Finance Commisison, one through the City of Lakewood, and Chenoa Fund.
Class is 5 hours in length split over 2 days. You must attend both days to get the certificate of eligibility for Down Payment Assistance.
