ElevateHer Flight & STEM Day is an empowering, hands-on experience designed to inspire middle and high school girls to explore careers in aviation, aerospace, and STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics).

Hosted by the Urban Aviators Society and sponsored by Republic Airways, this dynamic event connects young women with aviation professionals, STEM leaders, and industry mentors who are breaking barriers and building the future.
