Elevated Breathwork

An Evening of Breath, Awareness & Altered States

Join Rebecca Raloff of Conscious Research Coaching and Natalie Watenpaugh of Anima Journeys for an evening of education, exploration, and embodied experience.

We’ll begin with Rebecca for an interactive workshop focusing on preparation, exploring intention, mindset, self-awareness, safety, setting, and personal responsibility when approaching psychedelic experiences or ANY altered state of consciousness, including breathwork.

From there, Natalie will lead you through a 60-minute guided breathwork experience to support emotional release, nervous system regulation, and conscious integration. The intention of this practice is to allow you to connect more deeply with your breath, body, awareness, and inner experience.

This evening is an opportunity to step outside your usual routine, become curious about your own experience, and explore what can emerge when you create intentional space to slow down and listen inward.
