We'll meet up at Louisville Sports Complex and head out on the Coal Creek Trail for easy miles together and gather for coffee and connection time after the run. All abilities are welcome. We are running anywhere form 6- 10 miles right now.
During the run, you'll have the chance to connect with other runners who share your passion. Swap stories, exchange tips, and make new friends who will support and encourage you throughout your running journey.
