The Green Room on Ventura

Calling all those looking for a new experience to elevate your yoga practice. A few notes I'd like to add are, please be easy and mindful of others during the workshop. Most will be taking cannabis of choice and let's help each other be as supportive as much as needed.

Serenity (Jay) is a certified yoga instructor and reiki master that has uses cannabis as a tool to help let go of any anxiety and worries. She incorporates reiki within yoga sequences and tarot readings for a more healing experience. Tarot readings are done intuitively to bring clarity for those seeking more guidance.

Abe is a longtime musician with a passion to create all kinds of melodic sounds. He shares a love for all forms of the healing arts.
