What To Expect

Chona will guide you through gentle yet deep, long holding poses through Yin Yoga. Feel free to let loose and sink deeply in your inner vibe letting the poses and the sounds relax you even deeper. Chona's calming words help you to completely let go of tension and help the mind settle into the moment by grounding you through your breath.

Adele will play her crystal singing bowls and use her voice to fill your mind and body with pure, relaxing sound frequencies encouraging self love and inner exploration. As you stretch your body releasing tension, your body will be absorbing the pure energy of the healing sound instruments. You will leave feeling relaxed, renewed and rejuvenated.

This event is for all body types and no experience necessary. This is a laid-back environment where attendees can unwind and socialize. 💨🌿

Please Bring:

Please bring a yoga mat and a blanket. It would be recommended to have your own yoga blocks to help bring more support to your yin yoga practice.

Option to bring a light snack as an offering that pairs well with herbal tea for after our stretches.
