To celebrate Women’s History Month and continue the momentum of International Women’s Day, Elevate International, in collaboration with Deloitte, is pleased to invite you to a panel discussion followed by a networking receptin on March 31 at Deloitte Canada.

This year’s discussion theme, Elevate Women – Lead Change, calls for bold and concrete action to ensure lasting progress toward gender equity in leadership. It invites leaders to rise to the challenge of closing opportunity gaps by expanding women’s access to strategic roles, mentorship, and the support essential for their advancement and success.

Aligned with UN Women’s global call to move from commitment to action, this theme encourages leaders to go beyond intention and focus on measurable outcomes. It highlights the importance of removing systemic barriers that limit women’s advancement into leadership roles and of investing early in their professional journeys by providing meaningful opportunities, mentorship, and sponsorship.

The goal is clear: to build a future where gender equity in leadership is no longer an aspiration, but a reality.
