A workforce development and leadership conference built for all levels of the career ladder from entry level employees to entrepreneurs.

Elevate Cody is a one-day workforce development and leadership conference hosted by the Cody Country Chamber of Commerce. The event will feature a full schedule of speakers and breakout sessions focused on goal-setting, soft skills, and practical business strategies—ensuring every attendee walks away with usable tools and tactics they can apply right away.

Participants will hear from a mix of local, regional, and professional speakers, offering diverse perspectives and real-world experience. Topics will be relevant to businesses of all sizes and sectors, with content designed to support both personal and organizational growth.

Lunch is included, and the format will encourage networking, collaboration, and shared learning across the business community.

Spotlight Session I: Trust affects everyone in an organization. When trust is low individuals are suspicious and business slows down. Productivity and profits are dramatically adversely affected. When trust is high, communication, creativity, employee engagement and overall enjoyment increase. Productivity increases. In this session you will learn how to increase your trust by developing your own personal credibility as well as identify and learning the behaviors that demonstrate high trust.
