We know that sometimes planning a fundraising event isn’t easy, but we also know that done well, events have the power to connect more donors to your work. That’s why we created the Elevate Conference, to bring our community together and take some of the guesswork out of planning a successful fundraising event.

Join us for Elevate 2025 on March 12 and 13. This hybrid fundraising conference will be hosted at AVENUE in Portland, Oregon and broadcast online for virtual attendance. Frequently asked questions

What is your refund policy?

If you are no longer able to make it to the Elevate conference and need a refund for your purchased tickets, full refunds are available through March 5, 2025. Eventbrite fees are non-refundable.

Is there a room block at a nearby hotel?

We don't have a specific room block for this event but there are plenty of nearby hotels in the area to choose from. They are Hyatt Regency Portland (0.4 mile, 9 minute walk), Hotel Eastlund (0.2 mile, 5 minute walk), KEX Portland (0.3 mile, 7 minute walk).

Will food and beverages be provided?

Snacks, beverages and lunch will be provided for both days. There will not be a large breakfast provided so be sure and visit one of the nearby cafes before the conference if that will be something you need.

What are the nearby cafes to get a quick coffee or breakfast?

The closest is Starbucks (1 minute walk), then Dutch Bros Coffee (2 minute walk). There is also J Cafe (6 minute walk) and Cafe 700 (8 minute walk).
